We are a favourite with locals, businessmen and leisure guests alike, who come to enjoy the excellent meals on offer here. Hitchin has many lovely half-timbered buildings, a museum and an art gallery. Nearby attractions include the magnificent Knebworth House, Woburn Abbey, Dunstable Downs and Luton Hoo with its extensive grounds designed by Capability Brown. Further afield is the Imperial War Museum at Duxford.

From A1 motorway J8, take the A602 to Hitchin. At the first roundabout, take the fourth exit down Hitchin Hill and at the mini roundabout, go straight over (Queen's Street). Then take the second left at Biggin Lane and follow the road past the market to enter the Sun car park at the rear of the hotel.
